At Juphy, we’re here to ensure your experience is seamless, even if your traffic surpasses your plan's limits. Here’s how it works:
Monthly Billing
If you're on a monthly plan and exceed the traffic limit:
You’ll receive a notification in the Juphy dashboard with a pop-up message.
You’ll have a 3-day period to upgrade your plan. During this time, your AI Sales Assistant will remain active.
If you don’t upgrade within the 3 days, your AI Sales Assistant will be temporarily disabled until your billing cycle renews. Once the new cycle begins, the service will resume automatically.
Annual Billing
Our annual plan offers more flexibility by covering your visitor capacity for the entire year:
Traffic from high-traffic months can be offset by lower-traffic months as long as the total annual visitor limit isn’t exceeded.
With this plan, you don’t need to upgrade for occasional traffic spikes, making it ideal for businesses with fluctuating visitor patterns.
