Go to Inbox > Export Comments, apply your filters on the right and click the Download .CSV File button.
Your file will be ready shortly after clicking. Afterwards, you can see it on the file list and download it whenever you want! You just need to click the file name! ⬇️
The tag filter on Comment Export works with And Logic which allows you to select multiple tags! 🌟
