Auto tagging with Automation Rules

Yes, you can with Automation Rules!

1. First, go to Inbox > Automation Rules.

2. Here, you can auto-tag the conversations that contain a specific keyword you selected with the tag you choose. You can also set the channel(s). Here's an example:

3. Now, you will be able to categorize messages based on content, urgency, and tone which will definitely ease your customer support process!
