A ticket is a conversation with a customer that requires the customer support team to take action.

We recommend that you tag the conversation as “Ticket" when there is an issue that needs to be resolved and as “Ticket Solved” when the issue is resolved. This way, you can see how much of a problem-solver your team is in the Reports section. 🏆
